ROMNEY TAX RETURN RELEASE SHOWS HE IS VERY, VERY RICH

Washington, D.C. – If Mitt Romney is going to win the election in a month and half he will do so because he has convinced the American people to trust him. That is, at its core, the root of why we vote for any individual. We know politicians pander, tell us things they know we want to hear and over promise, but we hope that person we elect will at least treat us honestly when in office.
While many people have been disappointed with Barack Obama’s results in office, few can argue that he lied about his intent. He attempted, more or less, just about everything he said he was going to attempt. Pass or fail at least he tried.
The big question for voters will be, when they go to the polls, whether or not Mitt Romney is more trustworthy than Obama, whether or not he will attempt to make good on the promises he is making. Trust, though, has been hard to come by given Romney’s seeming disconnect with the American people, tied in large part to his incredible wealth. Now, though, Romney has finally released his 2011 tax return in a move that in his mind should clearly display to the American people that despite being rich, he at least releases the tax returns he says he is going to release and kind of pays taxes.
“The Romneys thus limited their deduction of charitable contributions to conform to the Governor's statement in August, based upon the January estimate of income, that he paid at least 13% in income taxes in each of the last 10 years,” said Brad Malt who controls much of Romney’s wealth.
Despite repeated requests, Romney has no plans on releasing any more tax returns likely because he is trying to hide something.
It’s believed Romney is likely trying to hide millions in offshore accounts which of course are tax free, something few Americans can associate with.
“People know Mitt Romney is rich, that is no secret. Is a very, very wealthy man and most people in the United States are not very, very wealthy like Mitt Romney. That is not the core issue dividing him and the people, the core issue is how that wealth keeps him apart from the rest of the people psychologically and why exactly he seems to be hiding some of that wealth,” said Scrape TV Political analyst Gabriel Kinsey. “Obviously if he is hiding money and trying to avoid paying taxes that is going to bother many Americans because they have to pay full taxes but it will be worse if he is lying about it. Well, slightly worse at least.”
Romney reportedly has a $100 million retirement fund which is doesn’t even look like he has any plans on using.
“The issue is always whether or not you can trust the guy who is telling you that you can trust him. Obviously they are going to say that but you have to be able to see past what they say and determine whether or not this person is really someone who can be trusted and Mitt Romney is making that determination very difficult,” continued Kinsey. “Of course that’s part of his plan. He wants people to be kind of unsure about whether or not they can trust him on money because the truth will likely sink him. People are struggling and if they find out that this guys has cheated on his taxes to the tune of millions, well, that probably isn’t going to help his campaign much at all.”
It’s believed Romney did indeed pay some taxes in years prior to 2011 but it probably isn’t very much.
