DOLPHINS TARGETED AS GREATEST THREAT TO HUMAN LIFE

Atlanta, GA – From the beginning of our self-awareness human beings have gazed into the stars wondering what wonders lay among them. As our knowledge of the cosmos and our ability to actually explore that vastness of space has increased that wonder has gone from myth, to faith, to plausible scientific possibilities. Thus far, despite tantalizing possibilities on places like Mars and Europa, the existence of life outside our planet has not been found leaving only the incredible diversity present on our little marble still the greatest wonder in the Universe.

RARE TASMANIAN DEVIL COLONY BELIEVED TO BE IMMORTAL

Adelaide, Australia – The diversity of life on our planet is beyond the imagination of even the most experienced scientists. Every day new life forms are being discovered by the dozens, some microscopic, some as big as house cats, a fact which continues to surprise and delight most in the community. It is also very likely that there are many, many more species hiding on our planet, particularly in the vast oceans that make up most of the planet. Despite our dominance of the planet Earth, there are still many surprises in store for us.

SCIENTISTS BELIEVE THAT WARP SPEED MAY KILL

Washington, D.C. – Space is massive. It is more massive than people can truly comprehend. Our galaxy, as an example, is unremarkable in size and placement yet it is still 100,000 light years in diameter. One light year is a little under ten trillion kilometres. There are stars in the universe larger than our entire solar system. There are quasars which consume billions of stars, breaking them down into elemental pieces. Add to that the fact that the universe is still expanding, new stars and planets are forming, and you start to develop a picture of the true size of the heavens.

RESEARCH FINDS DOGS ORIGINATED IN MIDDLE EAST, U.S. BAN BEING WEIGHED

Washington, D.C. – It is natural to assume that the things are the way they because they are. Though we technically know some of the history of the world, oftentimes it is difficult to see the connections to our current lives. Even in our own day-to-day life we often think back to our youth and think of ourselves exactly as we are now, just younger. Nothing could be further from the truth however. Events lead into other events and eventually accumulate into a life, either of an individual or of a people, though sometimes it’s difficult to see the threads that tie them together.
