PATRIOTIC ANGER SURGES OVER IMMIGRATION CENTRE SHOOTING

Binghamton, NY – Mass killings are many things. Terrifying, traumatic, devastating and, more and more often, American. Though mass killings occur throughout the world the American dominance of such events has become something of a national pastime. With six in the last month and two in the last week, the surge of killings in the country has brought fear, concern, and out and out anger. No incident though is sparking more anger than the one committed by 41-year-old Jiverly Wong on Friday, whose national attention is drawing the ire of patriotic Americans across the country.

Wong, an immigrant from Vietnam, went on a shooting rampage at an immigration centre northeast of New York City killing 13 people and himself. The rampage now ranks as one of the most devastating in American history and one of the worst in the world and that is what has angered so many. Just last month 17-year old Tim Kretschmer humbled Americans by killing 16 people in Germany, and now this latest attack by an immigrant on immigrants is leaving many to wonder about the state of American mass murder.

“American history is based largely on wholesale slaughter whether it be the devastation of Buffalo herds or the near eradication of the native peoples of the continent, Americans are used to killing on an industrial scale but recently they haven’t been living up to their reputation,” said Scrape TV Mass Murder analyst Drake Webber. “There was great deal of anger over the Kretschmer killing though that was purely jealousy speaking; there’s really no one who can compete with the Germans when it comes to mass murder. That aside, Americans haven’t really been rising to the challenge and now the fact that a foreign national, even if he was an American citizen, has to come in and do what born and bred Americans have thus far been unable to do, which is of course kill a lot of people.”

Police officials believe the killings could have garnered a lot higher body count due to Wong’s possession of body armour and significant amounts of ammunition. He killed himself before achieving the record, showing that he had indeed learned lessons from his adopted country.

“They try, as evidenced by today’s killing of 3 police officers in Pittsburgh, but for whatever reason they just can’t commit and really rack up the numbers. Even the record holder at Virginia Tech, Seung-Hui Cho, was a foreign national. The Americans really just haven’t kept pace for whatever reason,” continued Webber. “Perhaps this recession is just what the American killing needs to punch it up to the next level. Americans generally rise to a challenge so they are sure to try, but the problem with Americans has always been following things through to the end. Whether that’s Vietnam, Iraq, or casual killing.”

Despite some foreign anomalies, The United States has long boasted the majority of serial killers and by far the highest cumulative body count. Despite their innovation of random murders and
shootings and such high profile cases such as the aforementioned Virginia Tech Massacre and the Columbine school shooting, the country has fallen far behind in overall numbers.

“Because of the quantity of events Americans are ahead of everyone else in sheer numbers but the actual events are weak. This latest killing is really more of an insult than anything, especially to the really patriotic set. A foreign national killing other foreign nationals on American soil doesn’t really
add to the total and brings attention that really doesn’t do much for the country,” said Scrape TV American analyst Dave Davidson. “What the country really needs to get it back up on its feet is a flag flying, preferably white, true American patriot killing others just like him. If they can get that and rack up the numbers Americans will once again rule to roost and take the crown that by all rights really should be theirs. I can think of nothing better to bring back hope to desperate Americans than a good shot of Yankee pride.”

According to reports many in the weapons industry are lobbying the Obama administration for a portion of the TARP bailout dollars in order to make their goods more accessible to ordinary Americans.
