Torman the Teenage Mutant Ninja Horse

My family and I have been big fans of Torman the Teenage Mutant Ninja Horse ever since he killed that raccoon that was plaguing our neighbourhood many years ago. Now I hear he resides in the town of LaRue. Is there any way we could meet Torman to thank him personally?
