DANIEL RADCLIFFE FINDS HARRY POTTER SUCCESS BUYS A LOT OF WEED

London, U.K. – Over the last decade the phenomenon that is Harry Potter has established itself as the preeminent entertainment property in the world. With best-selling books, some of the most popular movies of all time, and a seemingly endless 
amount of products emblazoned with the lead characters, Potter has become about as big as a fairytale can get, rivalling the success of fellow stories such as ‘The Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Star Wars’.
Along for the ride have of course been the stars of the films. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint have all become bona fide stars for the ages, quite an accomplishment for a group of twenty-year olds. Aside from the fame, the wealth, and the international acclaim the young stars have also begun to discover the side benefits of being some of the biggest stars in the world. None of them, though, has embraced those benefits quite as much as Radcliffe who quite rightly has become the biggest star of the group. Parties, women, and wine are all of course the obligation of any celebrity and Radcliffe has indulged all of them. Now though he has found one of the greatest benefits of being Harry Potter; that it buys a lot of weed.
Radcliffe was spotted and photographed at a recent house warming part, blazed out of his mind, and proclaiming his love of marijuana. This is the first such incident for
Radcliffe, who apparently picked up the habit from co-star Jamie Waylett (who was recently given community service for growing plants in his room) but is unlikely to be the last. With a reported net worth of $50 million pounds, Radcliffe will likely be pulling in millions for many years to come which means plenty of pot and plenty of late night snacks.
“I doubt that when J.K. Rowling began writing Harry Potter she believed that someday it would lead to this but here we are. There’s little doubt that the property has bought a lot of things for a lot of people, but this probably not what most people are spending their money on. Of course life is your own and you have to do what makes you happy and apparently weed is what makes Radcliffe happy,” said Scrape TV Entertainment analyst Tracey Temple. “He’s probably the wealthiest 20-year old in the United Kingdom so he’s going to be able to keep himself flush for a long time. Not only weed but peripherals as well, this is really just the beginning for him.”
A local London seller has reportedly approached Radcliffe for an endorsement of his Harry Potter emblazoned bong but as yet has been unable to secure either the rights or Radcliffe’s support, something which may be difficult while the movies are still being produced.
“Radcliffe isn’t an idiot. There are two more movies to go and he’s going to do whatever it takes to ensure that they are a success even if that means keeping his smoking private. After all it befits him to have the films do well because, well because that will buy him a lot more weed. After the last film has ended its theatrical run then he can come out and actively show support but until then he’s going to need to be careful,” continued Temple. “The worst thing to do at this point would be to risk his golden goose. A lot of parents would be outraged that their children were watching a pothead onscreen and that would hurt everyone’s bottom line, and ultimately their buying power. I will say though that it will be interesting to see his performance in the next movie and whether or not he remembered his lines.”
