IF HE DIES, HUGO CHAVEZ VOWS TO HAUNT CAPITALISTS FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE
June 26 2011
Havana, Cuba – No matter the passion of his rhetoric, no matter how impassioned his beliefs, and no matter how much he built himself into a God it was inevitable that Hugo Chavez would eventually come to a very human end. After all, it happens to
everyone, Presidents and Prime Ministers, movie stars and rock stars. By the end, we all are still human and are subject to the same failings and whims as everyone else.
That has not happened to Chavez yet, but with reports from Cuba that the President is in critical condition and that his family has rushed to his side, things are certainly looking dim for the President. Whether or not he survives this particular crisis, it has become clear that Chavez is suffering some kind of serious malady and that eventually, something will get him. That has undoubtedly damaged his reputation in his own country, even as his people display genuine concern, but more importantly it has prompted other world leaders to bring out the knives. Chavez is, of course, not well liked by many countries, particularly capitalist countries which he consistently attacks and ridicules. There is little doubt that many of those countries would not be too upset if the only way Chavez left Cuba was in a coffin, but that could actually make things worse after insiders indicate that the President is ready to continue to fight capitalists from beyond the grave.
“Obviously the President doesn’t believe he will become a ghost and haunt these
leaders, nor does he feel that he will become like Obi Wan Kenobi and become more powerful once he is struck down, but he does feel that his actions in life will cause a great deal of trouble for the West,” said a Chavez insider. “He thinks it would be wonderful to come back as a ghost, perhaps wander the halls of White House or even spend some time in Crawford, and if that happens he will welcome the opportunity, but he is not confident of this.”
Chavez has been in a Cuban hospital since June 10th.
“He does realize though that he is going to be very limited if such a thing does happen. He will no longer be able to tape his programs or use his Twitter. He will have to speak to the people of Venezuela is much different way, but knowing the President even existence beyond the veil will not keep him quiet,” continued the insider. “However, everyone is very confident that he will recover and he will live to haunt the capitalists from in front of the grave rather than from beyond it. This, he feels, is the best way to purge the Earth of the stain of Capitalism. He is much more powerful alive than he would be dead and so he has made the decision to live on.”
Official Venezuelan sources have stated that Chavez is recovering well.
“Eventually, Chavez is going to die. The real issue with him and with his country is that he has no successor, no one to carry on the governance of the country and to push for the end of Capitalism. Being able to do both things is a unique skill and very few have been able to pull it off, and so it makes sense that he will try to live until the West is destroyed,” said Scrape TV International analyst Gustav Hander. “Unfortunately for him no one knows how long that will take and even if he gets past this stage, he is still human and eventually death will find him. I find it very unlikely that he has found some kind of connection to the afterlife which would give him greater power, though if that does happen, it could really stir things up.”
Chavez is expected to stay in Cuba another 10 to 12 days, at least in his corporeal form.
