EGYPT STARTS BUTCHERY IN SWINE HOLOCAUST
April 30 2009
Cairo, Egypt – Egypt has never been the best place for minorities. The best known and best documented minority problem in the country is of course The Exodus, in which Moses and Aaron led the Israelites from the slavery of the Phoenicians to the promised land of Canaan. It is widely believed as well that the great monuments of
Egypt including the pyramids and the Sphinx were built on the backs of slaves. Even in the modern world, Egypt is widely considered one of the most repressive and isolationist regimes in the world and now pigs are beginning to feel the brunt of that separation.
Egypt announced earlier this week that they would be slaughtering all of the 400,000 heads of swine in the country in order to help contain the outbreak of the Swine flu epidemic. Though the flu variant currently blazing around the world was derived from a version of pig flu, it entered into humans via a fusion with human influenza virus many in the
Egyptian government are under the understanding that pigs cause the flu and are culling the pig herds in an effort to contain the spread. Though international bodies have sought to correct that thinking, the Egyptian government has begun the slaughter across the country.
“I don’t think it would be unreasonable to assume that the Egyptian government has ulterior motives in this eradication of pigs. Science and logic would dictate that culling pigs will have absolutely zero effect on the spread of the disease and even though there are few countries better at ignoring those principles than Egypt, even they couldn’t be this obtuse by accident,” said Scrape TV International analyst Gustav Hander. “There is also the distinct possibility that they are trying to starve the few remaining Christians out of the country and using this crisis as an excuse to do something they had wanted to do all along. Again, Egypt has scientists and intellectuals so this level of stupidity really couldn’t be anything but deliberate.”
A number of other majority Muslim countries have rules that disallow the raising of pigs for food but Egypt, which has one of the largest Christian minorities in the Muslim world is not one of them, yet.
“There is precious little work in Egypt and some farmers rely on these pigs that are being slaughtered as their sole source of revenue. The government has promised to compensate the farmers for their loss but not only are the odds of actually receiving that money low, a onetime bursary will only last the farmers for a short time,” continued Hander. “Many

farmers will now be forced to find new jobs which is difficult in the best of economies never mind in Egypt so it’s entirely possible that this is the first step to a full-fledged holocaust in the country.”
There is no evidence yet that the Egyptian government is planning on a mass extermination of the Christian minority anytime soon. They have recently begun to make major moves towards consolidating a peace effort in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, a sign may be a precursor to larger plans in the region.
“Taking away a livelihood as well as a major food source could very well be viewed as a form of ethnic cleansing, especially taking away a food as delicious as pork. If they could position themselves as the brokers of peace for the
Palestinians they would garner a lot of good will throughout the region which would put them in a perfect position for complete and total domination of the region, which would of course allow them to perform ethnic cleansing much like the Nazis did,” continued Hander. “It is of course possible that the government simply doesn’t listen to their scientists and the rest of the world and are conducting this cull out of bull headed ignorance. Traditionally the Egyptian government has been very attuned to things like science and global opinion but they may just be blinded in this situation. We’ll just kind have to wait it out and see whether they attempt world domination.”
Egypt has been hard hit by avian flu in the past but previous attempts to slaughter all birds in the country were unsuccessful.
